1. General Rules

betgd is an online betting and casino platform in Bangladesh. By using our website and related services, you are considered to have fully agreed to all the terms and conditions listed below. These rules form the basis of a legal agreement between you and betgd.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account at betgd, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time. Accounts opened with false information will be closed immediately.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may operate only one account at betgd. Operating multiple accounts using the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. You are required to provide your name, date of birth, and contact details correctly. If any information changes, you must notify the betgd support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing account details with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, please notify our support team immediately.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will not be accepted, and such funds may be returned.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at betgd you will receive a 120% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x (on the bonus amount only).

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds may only be used for betting on the betgd platform.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonuses are applicable once only, one per account.
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time limit.
• betgd reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus.

4.3 VIP Program

Regular members of betgd can participate in our VIP program. This program is divided into four tiers and includes weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can move up to higher tiers through active play. Additional benefits and special offers apply at each tier.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

betgd allows betting on various sporting events. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed. We settle all bets based on the official result. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be returned to your balance.

5.2 Casino Games

betgd's casino section features games from the world's leading game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games are operated under fair play principles. If a round is incomplete due to a technical error, betgd will resolve it at its discretion.

5.3 Game Settlement

6. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on betgd. We reserve the right to close accounts and forfeit all funds if these rules are violated:

• Misuse of bonuses or manipulation of the bonus system
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources
• Hacking, manipulation, or technical interference with the platform
• Opening an account using another person's information
• Operating an account on behalf of or for the benefit of a minor
• Exploiting technical errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion or conspiracy against other users

7. Privacy & Data Protection

betgd reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If fraud or deception is suspected
• If information provided is proven to be false
• If a directive is received from law enforcement authorities

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your own account at any time. In this case, any pending bonuses may be forfeited, but you will have the opportunity to withdraw your balance.

10. Limitation of Liability

betgd is not liable for losses caused by technical disruptions, third-party service failures, or unavoidable circumstances. We always strive to ensure an uninterrupted and reliable service, however temporary disruptions may occur during maintenance or upgrades.

betgd is not directly responsible for delays or errors in third-party payment services such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. However, our support team will provide full assistance in the event of such issues.

betgd's maximum financial liability shall in no circumstances exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

11. Changes & Amendments

betgd reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will publish a notice on the website or notify you by registered email.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you are requested to stop using the platform.
